Terms & Conditions - Essential Information
Welcome to Synergy Dance Academy. By registering for our bachata classes, workshops, or events, you agree to the following terms and conditions. We keep these simple, because our main goal is to make sure everyone can enjoy dancing in a safe, respectful, and fun environment.
Enrolment is confirmed once payment has been received. Payments can be made per course, per block, or per event, depending on the program you choose. Please note that fees are non-refundable, except in cases where Synergy Dance Academy cancels a class or event. If you are unable to attend a class, we unfortunately cannot offer refunds or transfers. Should we need to cancel due to illness, venue issues, or other unforeseen circumstances, we will do our best to provide an alternative date or credit.
Participation in all activities is at your own risk. Dance is a physical activity, and while we take care to provide a safe learning environment, Synergy Dance Academy and its instructors cannot be held responsible for personal injury, accidents, or lost belongings. By joining our classes, you accept responsibility for your own health and wellbeing. If you have any concerns, we recommend consulting a medical professional before participating.
Respect is central to our community. Students are expected to follow the guidance of instructors and to treat fellow dancers with courtesy. We reserve the right to suspend or refuse participation if behaviour disrupts the class or makes others feel unsafe.
From time to time, photos or videos may be taken during classes or events for promotional purposes. If you prefer not to appear in such materials, please inform us in advance in writing. Personal information collected during registration will be used solely for administrative purposes and handled in accordance with GDPR regulations.
Synergy Dance Academy reserves the right to make changes to schedules, prices, or these terms and conditions when necessary. Any significant updates will be communicated through our website or email. Continued participation after such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
